Introduction

By booking an appointment or using the services provided by Revive By Sailom, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Our Services

Revive By Sailom provides professional Thai massage and therapeutic bodywork treatments. All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session at any time if this boundary is not respected, without refund.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made online or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your first visit to complete a brief health consultation form.

• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment at the full price
• We will do our best to accommodate you if you're running late, but cannot always guarantee it
• Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice: no charge
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the treatment cost may be charged
• No-shows without notice: the full treatment cost may be charged

Health & Medical Conditions

Your safety is our priority. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. Thai massage may not be suitable for certain conditions. We reserve the right to decline a service or modify a treatment if we believe it is not appropriate for you.

• Pregnancy — please inform us before booking
• Recent surgery, fractures, or open wounds
• Infectious skin conditions or contagious illness
• Blood clotting disorders or those on blood thinners

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for both clients and therapists. Any behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full session fee is payable and future bookings may be declined.

Limitation of Liability

Revive By Sailom's therapists are trained professionals, but massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment received.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
